We had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel in Saalbach-Hinterglemm! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town center. We were able to easily access the lifts, just a few minutes' walk away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The service was top class, with a smile. From the front desk team to room service and the restaurant staff, everyone was polite and professional.

Great location, can pretty much ski in. Excellent customer service. V good wellness centre with sauna, pool etc - ideal for those post ski aching limbs. Food was pretty decent.

Convenient location with a cozy restaurant nearby for a bite to eat. Finding parking around here was easy peasy. We had a lovely time at this place 🌟.

The location close to the ski-lifts was excellent. The room was comfortable with lovely views. Above all though, the food was its strongest feature with gourmet 5-star quality meals throughout. The Spa area too was excellent. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful.
There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room which was a disappointment. More disappointing though was the Wi-Fi access. This could be purchased at reception by the hour, day or 3-day sessions but it was sometimes inconvenient and a little cumbersome to have to do so. For example, I had asked for a 1-day session but due to language problems and without me noticing, I only had a 1 hour voucher. So later, once I was in bed and about to catch-up on my emails, I found my access denied. Most hotels of this quality throw-in Wi-Fi with the room tarif.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, as it is right in the center of Saalbach, just a short walk from the main ski lifts. This makes it extremely convenient for those looking to hit the slopes without any hassle. the hotel is situated on the main street, surrounded by popular restaurants and bars, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment.
It is worth noting that there may be some noise from a nearby music club, especially in rooms located on lower floors. This could potentially disturb light sleepers, so it is advisable to inquire about room placement if noise sensitivity is a concern.

Awesome breakfast buffet. Exceptional evening meal. Fantastic location close to lifts. Friendly and helpful staff. Boot warmers in ski lockers. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good food and service. Excellent wellness facilities.

the breakfast had a decent selection of options and the location was convenient for exploring the town center.
The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. the bathroom was quite small and the towels were worn and thin.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and just a few minutes' walk to the main restaurant. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were impressive. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide range of options including freshly cooked eggs and warm croissants. The hotel also had convenient parking and transportation options available.
